Over the years Old Moat School have not had a football team, but this year we made it one of our aims to have our own football team and to start playing other schools around the area and within Manchester.

Training started with Mr. Watson asking all the year 6 pupils who would like to play for the team to attend a training session that week.

Mr. Watson had made up his mind there and then at the training session, and who would be playing for the team, funny enough everybody who turned up to the training made it into the team.

 Well done all the year 6 pupils who made the cut and into “Old Moat Juniors Team”.
